Developers Sold 952 Units In May 2019

Developers sold a total of 952 units of New Launched Condominium Units (Excluding ECs) during the month of May. This was a 29.5% increase month-on-month compared to 735 units in April 2019.

The top 5 best selling new launches for May 2019 are Amber Park, Parc Komo, The Woodleigh Residences, The Florence Residences and Treasure At Tampines. Treasure At Tampines was the top-5-selling development with a total of 50 units sold at an average price of $1,340.

Evaluating from a market segment standpoint, 51.3% of the sales were sold in the Rest of Central Region (RCR), which was a 7.6% m-o-m increase as compared to April. This can mainly be attributed to projects such as Amber Park (155units sold at a median price of $2,475psf), The Woodleigh Residences (74units sold at a median price of $1,823psf) and Parc Esta (40 units sold at a median price $1,673 psf). While 42.8% of the units transacted were in the OCR segment, this was a 2.6% m-o-m marginal dip as compared to April. The top-selling development in the OCR segment was Parc Komo (79 units sold at a median price of $1,497psf), The Florence Residences (55 units sold at a median price of $1,470 psf) and Treasure At Tampines (50 units sold at a median price of $1,340 psf).
