The government of Singapore has mentioned that the property cooling measures implemented in July 2018 have achieved its objectives of dampening any uncontrolled growth of the real estate industry. As such the government of Singapore has no intention of making any changes in the foreseeable future. While growth is tightly controlled by the government of Singapore, it also means huge fluctuations will be closely monitored which is a good thing.
