Singapore’s first campus-style integrated project is set to be completed in the final quarter of one year from now, said CapitaLand in a press release on Wednesday (Sept 9).
Situated on 2.4ha of land in one-north, Rochester Commons will have a 17-story Grade An office tower and 12 high contrast legacy bungalows, of which seven are for offices and the remaining five for food and beverage or retail use.
